Amlok shake / Amlok juice / Japanese Fruit Juice


Japanese Citrus Fruit Juice:

Ingredients:

2-3 mikan (mandarin FRUIT), peeled and segmented
1 yuzu, juiced (or you can use bottled yuzu juice)
1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
1 cup cold water
Ice cubes
Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Peel the mikan and separate the segments. Remove any seeds or pith.

Juice the yuzu using a citrus juicer. If using bottled yuzu juice, measure out the required amount.

In a blender or a pitcher, combine the mikan segments, yuzu juice, honey or sugar, and cold water.

Blend or mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined and the juice is smooth.

Taste the juice and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or sugar.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Japanese citrus fruit juice over the ice.

Garnish with a mint leaf if desired, for a refreshing touch.

Stir the juice before drinking, as natural fruit juices can settle.

Serve the Japanese citrus fruit juice immediately and enjoy the bright and tangy flavors!
